Despite Katherine Jackson and Deborah Rowe's attorneys announcing a custody agreement last week, a judge is expected to approve the deal at Monday's hearing at L.A. Superior court."We were all united in our goals to do what is best for Michael's wonderful children, and both Mrs. Jackson and Debbie Rowe were on the exact same page," attorneys for Katherine said in a statement released Thursday.
Rowe, the biological mother of Jackson's two oldest children – Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11 – will get visitation rights based on a schedule worked out with a child psychologist. Prince Michael II (a.k.a. "Blanket"), 7, Michael Jackson's youngest child and whose surrogate mother has never been identified, will also stay with Katherine, 79.
Katherine Jackson and son Randy are expected at Mondays hearing, where, in addition to the custody hearing, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff is expected to decide who will be permanent executors of the singer's estate. Last month, attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain were made temporary executors. Among many financial topics expected to be discussed in court is a monthly allowance for Katherine Jackson and the singer's children.
According to published reports, Michael supported his mother financially up until his death on June 25.
